Are you convinced by our solutions? Let others know it too! Through your recommendation, we will contact potential new customers. The goal is to send the interested party a non-binding offer for our digitization solutions.

At first

You talk to the potential customer and tell them about your experience.
The potential customer is willing to make an initial phone call with us, which can be booked online: https://calendly.com/sinfosy/15min
You send us a short e-mail with the name, function and interests of the potential customer to info@sinfosy.com
Now you will receive 1 loyalty point for each reference to a new customer

1st phone call

We try to determine the exact needs of the customer
We arrange a web meeting with the customer
We offer a proof of value (POV)
You will receive 1 more loyalty point with the submission of the non-binding POV offer

POV phase

We receive a binding order for POV from the customer
We conduct this on site at the customer and submit an offer for an implementation
You will receive 3 more loyalty points

further phase

Depending on the number of systems in a project, you will receive additional loyalty points as follows:
✔ SILVA light: 1 loyalty point per system
✔ SINTRA: 1 loyalty point each for every 10 beacons or every 2 readers
✔ STPS: 1 loyalty point per 5 users

Good to know:

This program is exclusively reserved for employees of customers of SINFOSY digital GmbH. The offer does not apply within affiliated companies of the participating employee. Prerequisite for the assignment to your recommendation and in order to guarantee the payment of the bonus is that the new customer signs and returns the order for delivery sent to us. As soon as the delivery has been made to the new customer and the new customer has not revoked his order for delivery, we will credit the loyalty points to your account. We will inform you about your points balance quarterly or on individual request (partner@sinfosy.com). Cash payment is not possible.

General conditions of participation

The offer of SINFOSY digital GmbH for the acquisition of new customers is subject to change, non-binding and can be changed or terminated at any time without prior notice or announcement. The date of receipt of the online or telephone message is valid. Only those who have not been a customer of SINFOSY digital GmbH in the last six months prior to the recommendation in the product area recruited can be recruited as new customers. The premium will only be paid if the new customer has placed the order for delivery and has not revoked his order after the start of delivery. The new customer must not have been registered to a partner company of SINFOSY before the customer acquisition. The delivery is carried out according to the terms and conditions of the respective contract. SINFOSY digital GmbH is entitled to reject new customers for reasons of creditworthiness. The referrer receives the bonus once for each telephone appointment, performed POV or implementation of newly acquired customers. If the referrer is already an existing customer, he or she can still be referred as a new customer in the other division – the loyalty points will also be credited in this case. Each “SINFOSY customer” can recruit several new customers; any tax obligations must be observed by each recruiter on his or her own responsibility. For tax reasons, employees of SINFOSY digital GmbH cannot participate in the “Customers Recruit Customers” campaign. SINFOSY digital GmbH will use the personal data provided exclusively for the purpose stated. A transfer of the data to third parties is excluded.
